Dear Customer, In order to respect the regulations of personal data protection, we inform you about the use of Your personal data and Your rights1. Casalbosco has to acquire and treat some of your personal data for purposes that are connected with the execution of the commercial relations between the parties. The data treatment takes place with the appropriate procedures to protect privacy of the party concerned and consists in their collection, registration, organization, preservation, processing. The treatment will regard the ordinary data and with the aim: a) of completion of Calsalbosco with the aim of conclusion, administration and performance of a contract and if it is necessary to communicate the data to Companies, performing necessary or instrumental functions for the effectiveness of the contract those external subjects (for example fiscal and/or legal advisors, business consultants, etc.) can have seat also abroad, public or private bodies in order to carry out specific law obligations; b) that can be addressed also for the completion of Casalbosco with the aim of information and commercial promotion of services offered by the same, customer satisfaction research, to collect data and information in general and in particular about the trends and preferences of the interested party; to send information and commercial offers, in other words for all legitimate aims of commercial and/or statistic character; The data processing of the interested party will take place with manual and/or computer-based systems, suitable for storage, management and transfer of the data itself, with logics that are strictly correlated with the aims itself, on the basis the data in our possession, will be treated always in respect to the rules of confidential nature and the measures provided by the law. The conferring of consent to the processing of your personal data is optional. In case of refuse for the data treatment as from letter b) the treatment will be limited for the complete execution of the obligations deriving from the performance of a Contract as well as for the performances provided by law, regulations and Community provisions. In case of refusal of the data processing as from letter a) Casalbosco won't be able to provide the Service. The data will be conserved for law terms at Casalbosco in Loc. Botrona – 58020 Scarlino (GR) Italy, the party concerned can get to know the data in question in quality of persons responsible or in charge, our employees and/or members of the staff charged by the Company, performing the aforementioned activities under the direct supervision of our Company, and other subjects in force of provisions of the law. To this end, the data communicated by the party concerned can be sent to external subjects, also Abroad, performing functions strictly connected and instrumental for the effectiveness of the contract (business consultant, lawyer, etc.), in order to carry out specific law obligations, it is not provided the possibility to release the data itself to unspecified subjects within the European Union. The holder of the data processing is the Casalbosco in Loc. Botrona – 58020 Scarlino (GR) in person of its Attorney Mrs. Graziella Impala. Each information regarding the identifying of the other Responsibles of the data processing and the subjects to which is communicated the data, can be requested to the Privacy Protection Service, where you can apply to in order to exercise your rights, at the legal seat of the Company. We inform you that You have the right to get to know in any moment Your data and how the data is used, You have also the right to update, integrate, correct or cancel them, to block them or to oppose the processing2.
